Overview

This website and store are operated by Nando NVZN, a web design and ecommerce services studio based in Los Angeles, California. By visiting this site or purchasing a service from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this store.

Our services

We provide Shopify store builds, landing page design, store audits, and monthly website care and growth retainers, as described on each product page. Deliverables, scope, and timelines for your project are confirmed with you in writing when your project starts.

Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. The Shopify Store Build is paid as a $750 deposit at checkout, with the balance invoiced on delivery. Other one-time services are paid in full at checkout. Retainers are billed monthly as subscriptions and are governed by our Subscription Policy. Work begins once payment has been received and we have the access and materials we need from you.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the logins, content, images, and approvals we need, in a timely way, and only content you have the right to use. Delays in providing materials or feedback extend delivery timelines by a matching amount. You are responsible for your own store's products, pricing, taxes, and legal compliance.

Revisions and scope

Each service includes the revision rounds described on its product page or in your project confirmation. Work beyond the agreed scope is quoted and approved by you in writing before it is done, so there are never surprise charges.

Ownership

When your project is paid in full, the finished site, pages, and written content we delivered for you are yours. We keep ownership of our general methods, know how, and any tools or templates that are not specific to your project. Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio.

No guaranteed outcomes

We build to a professional standard and follow current best practice for design, search visibility, and conversion. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, or sales results, because those depend on factors outside our control.

Acceptable use

You may not use this store or our services for anything unlawful, or to infringe another party's rights. We may decline or stop work that requires us to do so.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.

Ending a project

Either side may end a project in writing. Amounts owed for work already completed remain payable, and our Refund Policy covers any amounts paid beyond that.
