We are a services studio
Nando NVZN sells professional services only: Shopify store builds, landing pages, store audits, and monthly care retainers. We do not sell physical products, and nothing you order from this store is shipped to you.
How delivery works
Everything is delivered electronically. Audit reports and written work arrive by email. Store builds and landing pages are built directly in your Shopify store and handed over there, with a summary by email. Retainer work is performed on your live site and reported to you each month.
Delivery timelines
Your delivery date is confirmed in writing when your project starts, after we have your payment and the access and materials we need. If a delay on our side ever moves your date, we tell you as soon as we know and agree a new date with you.
