Subscription Policy

This policy covers the Nando NVZN monthly retainers: Essential Care ($297/month), Growth ($997/month), and Dominance ($1,997/month).

Billing

Retainers are billed monthly in advance through Shopify, using the payment method you provide at checkout. Your first charge includes the one-time $250 setup fee. Each following charge is the monthly plan price only.

Managing your subscription

You can view, update, or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account on nandonvzn.com, or by emailing nandonvzn@gmail.com and asking us to do it for you.

Cancelling

Retainers are month to month with no long contract. To stop the next charge, cancel at least 14 days before your next billing date. Your service then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Fees for a billing period that has already started are not refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Failed payments

If a monthly payment fails, Shopify retries it automatically. If billing stays unpaid, service may pause until the account is current. We will email you before any pause takes effect.

Price changes

If a plan price ever changes, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your subscription, and you may cancel under the terms above before it takes effect.
